Shipping and Returns Policy

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll ship available items and contact you about a refund or restock wait.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Domestic transit: 2–7 days. International transit: 4–22 days. Dispatch within 2 business days of payment.

Returns

3.1 Change of Mind

No returns for change of mind.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Valid warranty claims accepted within 90 days of receipt. Customer pays return shipping and is reimbursed upon approval. Processing takes ~7 days. Options upon approval:

  • In-store credit for full purchase amount
  • Replacement item, if in stock

Delivery Terms

  • Domestic: 2–7 days transit
  • International: 4–22 days transit
  • Dispatch within 2 business days (excluding holidays)
  • Delivery address can be changed pre-dispatch
  • P.O. boxes handled via postal service only
  • Military addresses via USPS only
  • Out-of-stock items will be held until restock
  • Contact us if delivery exceeds estimate

Tracking & Damaged Parcels

You’ll receive a tracking link upon dispatch. If your parcel is damaged:

  • Reject delivery if possible
  • Contact customer service for next steps

Duties & Taxes

  • Sales tax is included in displayed prices
  • International orders may incur import duties/taxes on arrival
  • If duties are refused, goods are returned at your expense; refund will exclude return shipping and original shipping is non‑refundable

Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before dispatch. Once shipped, refer to our refund policy.

Insurance & Lost/Damaged Parcels

Parcels are insured up to the courier’s declared value. If lost or damaged in transit:

  • We’ll process a refund or replacement once courier confirms the issue.

To report a reaction, please provide us with:

  • Purchase branch/kiosk and date
  • Usage frequency and other products used
  • Allergy history and photographic or medical proof

If confirmed product-related, we will exchange the item. No cash refunds are allowed.

Exchange Policy

  • No refund/exchange for change of mind
  • Factory defects are eligible
  • Request exchange within 14 days of purchase with receipt
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Exchange value must be equal to or greater than original purchase
