Shipping and Returns Policy

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item goes out of stock, we’ll ship available items and contact you about a refund or wait for restock.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.

Domestic transit: 2–7 days. International transit: 4–22 days. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment.

Returns

3.1 Change of Mind

We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

3.2 Warranty Returns

We accept valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving your items. Customers must pre-pay return shipping; we reimburse upon approved claim. Processing typically completes within 7 days. You may choose:

  • In‑store credit for the full purchase amount
  • A replacement item (if in stock)

Delivery Terms

  • Domestic: 2–7 days

  • Address changes allowed before dispatch
  • P.O. boxes: via postal services only
  • Military addresses: via USPS only
  • Out-of-stock items are held until restocked
